Overview

• The initial staging rental term is forty-five (45) days, beginning on the installation date
• After the initial term, staging automatically renews in 30-day increments at 50% of the original total invoice
  (Renewal includes 50% of labor, 50% of travel, and one professional staging refresh visit per 30-day period)
• Partial staging services are available and quoted on a case-by-case basis
• For occupied homes, a 25% soft-goods and upholstery care surcharge applies due to increased wear, sanitation, and handling requirements
• A minimum damage charge of $250 per incident applies; damaged, lost, or stolen items are billed at full replacement value
• Clients are responsible for all staging inventory for the duration of the rental period
• All services are governed by Florida law, with venue limited to Pinellas or Hillsborough County, based on property location
